[The Fact | Reporter Na-rae Lee] Singer Kim Yong-bin has topped the weekly idol ranking site 'Fan N Star' Trot Rankings for 13 consecutive weeks.
Kim Yong-bin ranked first in the fourth week of August's Trot Ranking poll, held on "Fan N Star," from August 25th to August 1st, with 2,518,443 votes. Chris Young came in second with 61,692 votes, and Chu Hyuk-jin came in third with 37,075 votes.
If an artist tops the Trot Rankings for five consecutive weeks, "Fan N Star" will broadcast a congratulatory video on the electronic display board at the Eugene Building in Yeouido, Seoul. If an artist tops the rankings for ten consecutive weeks, the news will be announced through an exterior wrap on Bus No. 273. However, to receive special benefits, a cumulative vote total of 5 million and 7 million votes is required.
Fans who participated in the poll sent congratulatory messages to the official "Fan N Star" text message inbox. One fan, nicknamed "Kimchi Mandu," wrote, "I'm happy to be able to love Yong-bin."
