The band DAY6 shed tears during the recording of tvN's "You Quiz on the Block" (hereafter "You Quiz"). On September 3, the production team of "You Quiz" released a preview for the next week's episode at the end of the broadcast. According to the preview, DAY6 leader Sungjin and members Young K, Wonpil, and Dowoon will appear as guests on the episode airing at 8:45 PM on the 10th. They completed the recording on the 3rd.

DAY6 appeared with the introduction "a band proven by time" and "the first band created by JYP Entertainment." Member Young K said, "You said you could play the guitar, right?" "Yes. A little." "That day, I became a full band." Dowoon recalled, "At first, I cried to my dad and said, 'I can't do this.'" When Yoo Jae-suk asked, "What did your father say?" Dowoon laughed and replied, "Just be quiet."

In the early days of their debut, DAY6 did not enjoy the same intense popularity as now. Sungjin revealed that their first settlement payment was 3,600 won. Wonpil broke down in tears, saying, "It feels like memories of 10 years are passing by." Young K also showed tears, saying, "We will really be happy."

This is DAY6's first appearance on "You Quiz" since their debut on September 7, 2015. However, they have connections with MC Yoo Jae-suk and Jo Se-ho. Young K was selected as the main vocalist of the project group One Top through MBC's "Hangout with Yoo?" music project and worked with Yoo Jae-suk. Later, DAY6 appeared as a full group on "Hangout with Yoo?" They met Jo Se-ho on KBS 2TV's "2 Days & 1 Night Season 4," which aired on August 24 and 31.

This year marks DAY6's 10th anniversary since debut. They will release their 4th full album, "The DECADE," at 6 PM on September 5. This new album includes DAY6's first-ever double title tracks, "The Dream Bus" and "INSIDE OUT," as well as 10 self-composed tracks of various genres such as "Don't Stop Me," "Disco Day," "My Way," "In Front of the Stars," "Take All My Heart," "Fly! Dream Rider," "Finally Ending," and "Our Season."

Ahead of their comeback, DAY6 successfully held a solo concert on August 30 and 31 at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium in Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang City, Gyeonggi Province, as part of their 10th anniversary tour, "DAY6 10th Anniversary Tour < The DECADE >." This concert was planned as a precious time to share with their fans.

Over 10 years of activity, DAY6 has achieved musical growth and established themselves as a band that values communication with their fans. They provide new experiences to fans through various musical attempts. DAY6's music contains their sincere stories and contributes to strengthening the bond with their fans.
