Ibuki, the leader of Osaka Ojogang, has expressed her position regarding her absence from the 'Street Woman Fighter 3' concert. On the 8th, Ibuki posted on her social media account, "I am truly sorry that I could not participate in the Seoul concert, which I had wanted to attend continuously. I promised to meet at the concert after winning, and I sincerely apologize for not being able to keep that promise."
Ibuki's absence occurred during the 'Street Woman Fighter 3' national tour 'THE REAL STAGE' Seoul performances held over two days on the 6th and 7th at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium. Osaka Ojogang attended the concert, but Ibuki did not appear. Other members of Osaka Ojogang apologized to fans for Ibuki's absence and were seen shedding tears during the performance.
On the 8th, the concert production company posted a notice on the Busan concert ticket page, announcing that Ibuki would also be absent from the Busan concert due to health reasons. The production company explained, "All members except Ibuki will participate in the scheduled performances."
In her statement, Ibuki claimed, "During the proposal process by the concert organizers, I was asked to sign a contract without even having the right to speak as an artist, and actions were taken that caused conflicts with the members. I was discussing future concerts with a Korean lawyer." She expressed her grievance, saying, "The concert organizers unilaterally disclosed information that 'I will not participate in the Busan concert' without formal consultation."
Ibuki added, "If this fact were revealed, it could harm Ojogang members and risk fans not enjoying the Seoul concert, so I could not say anything and ended up missing the Seoul concert. Above all, I sincerely apologize for causing great burden and harm to the members."
After Ibuki's statement was made public, Mali, a member of Motive who appeared on 'Street Woman Fighter 3,' posted a message supporting Ibuki. Fans criticized the concert organizers. Meanwhile, other Osaka Ojogang members, excluding Ibuki, expressed gratitude to fans, saying, "Thank you for the Seoul concert, Midoriz (fan club name)," and "Your support is the source of our strength." However, they did not make any additional statements regarding Ibuki's absence.
Some have claimed that Ibuki and the Ojogang manager demanded a side contract from the production company that was not shared with the members, which led to a breakdown in relations. Regarding this, a 'Street Woman Fighter 3' concert official stated, "We are currently confirming the official position."
