Group SEVENTEEN's world tour will open on the 13th and 14th at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium. This tour is titled "SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_]." Tickets sold out on the day of the presale opening, proving SEVENTEEN's immense popularity. Both performances will also be available via online live streaming.
Through this world tour, SEVENTEEN is determined to make a fresh start. The tour title "NEW_" and the members' images on the poster hint at new possibilities. The setlist is arranged with a different flow from before, promising fans a refreshing experience. Since last year, SEVENTEEN has toured large stadiums domestically and internationally, showcasing their prowess as "performance masters" with powerful performances and various stage setups.
Since their debut in 2015, SEVENTEEN has gradually expanded the scale of their venues. Their first solo concert was held at Yongsan Art Hall Grand Theater Mir, followed by performances at Gocheok Sky Dome, Seoul World Cup Stadium, and Kanagawa Nissan Stadium. This concert will be another opportunity to reveal SEVENTEEN's true essence.
After the Incheon concerts, SEVENTEEN will perform at Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong on the 27th and 28th. Kai Tak Stadium is a venue where world-renowned artists such as British rock band Coldplay and Chinese star Jay Chou have performed. Tickets for the Hong Kong concerts have already sold out. In October, they will embark on a North American tour, visiting five cities: Tacoma, Los Angeles, Austin, Sunrise, and Washington D.C. In November and December, they will meet fans at four major domes in Japan.
Various events will also take place offstage during this world tour. In Seoul, before the concerts, a SEVENTEEN-themed "Airbnb Original" experience will be held on the 11th and 12th. This program is operated with the participation of vocal trainer Kim Young-min and choreographer Choi Young-jun, who have worked closely with the members for a long time. Reservations for the program were fully booked immediately after opening. The SEVENTEEN-themed experience will continue in Los Angeles and Tokyo.
In Hong Kong, a large-scale fan participation event called "CARATIA (克拉境/Carat Realm)" jointly prepared by HYBE and Pledis Entertainment will be held. This event aims to provide fans with a special experience. Through this world tour, SEVENTEEN plans to further solidify their status as a global top-tier artist.
