The opening of the group SEVENTEEN's world tour is just one day away. SEVENTEEN will hold 'SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_]' at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium on the 13th and 14th. Tickets for this tour sold out on the day of the pre-sale, proving their immense popularity. Both performances will also be available via online live streaming.
Through this world tour, SEVENTEEN is determined to make a fresh start. The tour title 'NEW_' and the image of the members walking on an endlessly unfolding road in the poster clearly show their resolve. The setlist is arranged in a different flow from before, revealing new possibilities. Since last year, SEVENTEEN has toured large stadiums at home and abroad, showcasing their status as 'performance masters' with powerful performances, various stage setups, and dazzling productions, and they continue this tradition in the upcoming concerts.
Since their debut in 2015, SEVENTEEN has gradually expanded the scale of their venues, enhancing their stage presence. After holding their first solo concert at Yongsan Art Hall Grand Theater MIR, they have filled venues such as Gocheok Sky Dome, Seoul World Cup Stadium, and Kanagawa Nissan Stadium. Their true prowess will be revealed once again at the performance on the 13th.
After the Incheon concerts, SEVENTEEN will enter Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong, the largest venue there, on the 27th and 28th. Kai Tak Stadium has hosted world-renowned artists such as the British rock band Coldplay and top Chinese star Jay Chou. Tickets for the Hong Kong concerts sold out early.
In October, they will head to the United States. This marks their second consecutive North American tour, visiting five cities: Tacoma, Los Angeles (LA), Austin, Sunrise, and Washington D.C. Then, in November and December, they will meet fans at the four major domes in Japan.
The excitement of this world tour extends beyond the stage. In Seoul, before the concerts, a SEVENTEEN-themed 'Airbnb Originals' experience will take place on the 11th and 12th. This program includes classes featuring vocal trainer Kim Young-min and choreographer Choi Young-jun, who have worked closely with the members for a long time. Reservations for the program were fully booked immediately after opening. The SEVENTEEN-themed experience will also continue in Los Angeles and Tokyo.
In Hong Kong, a large-scale fan participation event called 'CARATIA (克拉境/Carat Realm)' prepared by HYBE and Pledis Entertainment will be held. This event will be an opportunity to further strengthen communication with SEVENTEEN's fans. Through this world tour, SEVENTEEN aims to solidify their status as a global artist even more.
