[The Fact | Reporter Jeong Byeong-geun] Boy group Stray Kids has demonstrated their status as a "global music league ace" on various indicators, including the US Billboard chart.
JYP Entertainment announced on the 10th, "Stray Kids (Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N) have surpassed 1 million units in physical and digital album unit sales in a single year in 2025." This marks Stray Kids' second consecutive year of album sales in the US, following their 2024 success.
The popularity of their fourth full-length album, "KARMA," released on the 22nd, drove this achievement. According to Billboard's official website on the 9th (local time), "KARMA" ranked 4th on the Billboard 200, the main album chart, as of September 13th. Following its No. 1 ranking last week, it has remained at the top of the chart for two consecutive weeks.
Furthermore, the new album and its title track "CEREMONY" ranked in 13 categories, including "Top Album Sales," "Top Current Album Sales," "Billboard Global 200," and "World Albums," further solidifying their presence.
Stray Kids previously debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 on September 6th with "KARMA," making them the first artist in the chart's 70-year history to achieve seven consecutive No. 1 albums. Furthermore, they are the first K-pop artist to top the chart this year.
Stray Kids will hold their world tour encore concert, "dominATE: celebrATE," at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium on October 18th and 19th. They will perform in 27 of the 34 stadiums across the country, spanning from Seoul in August 2024 to Rome in July 2025, and will celebrate their milestones in a grand manner on the domestic stadium stage.
Stray Kids are also scheduled to perform at the "2025 THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS (TMA)" at the Macao Outdoor Performance Venue on October 20th, raising expectations from global fans.
