Kim Yong-bin took first place with 2,203,416 votes in the 'Fan N Star' Trot Rankings Poll for the Second Week of September, which ran from September 8th to the 15th. Chris Young came in second with 86,597 votes, and Nam Goong Jin came in third with 82,019 votes.
If an artist tops the Trot Rankings for five consecutive weeks, "Fan N Star" will broadcast a congratulatory video on the Eugene Building's electronic display board in Yeouido, Seoul. If an artist tops the charts for ten consecutive weeks, the news will be announced through an external wrap on Bus No. 273. However, to receive special benefits, a cumulative vote count of 5 million or 7 million will be required.
