Seungkwan, a member of the group Seventeen, has joined MBC's new program "Rookie Director Kim Yeon-kyung" as a manager. The program will premiere on September 28. Seungkwan takes on the role of manager for the volleyball team "Pilsung Wonder Dogs" in the show. He stated, "As a volleyball fan, I always wanted to do a program with player Kim Yeon-kyung someday, so it was amazing and an honor that it actually came true."

Regarding his role as a manager, Seungkwan said, "I think the biggest role is to help the players focus on the game and give them energy." Additionally, he personally hopes volleyball becomes more popular among the public.
