
MONSTA X's Minhyuk continues his unique activities as an 'arttainer.' According to his agency Starship Entertainment, Minhyuk will participate as an audio guide in the Korean modern and contemporary art exhibition "The Moment That Stays, The Flowing Heart," held to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Suwon Museum of Art. This exhibition showcases works by representative Korean modern and contemporary artists such as Na Hye-sok, Park Soo-keun, Lim Gun-hong, Park Rae-hyun, and Chun Kyung-ja. The exhibition runs from September 26 to January 11, 2024. Visitors can scan QR codes inside the exhibition hall to listen to Minhyuk's audio guide.
Since his debut in 2015, Minhyuk has shown deep affection and interest in art. He customizes costumes and props with paintings and calligraphy, and hosted the Naver NOW. program "Bogsipsyo" for 1 year and 8 months, where he communicated with listeners and guests while painting on canvas. Through this program, he demonstrated high-level painting skills. In 2023, he presented an exhibition in collaboration with street artist Doezny and the carbonated beverage brand MOUNTAIN DEW. After his military discharge, he participated in the "2024 France K-Expo," conducting an art talk show featuring his own paintings, establishing himself as an 'arttainer.'
