This is SEVENTEEN's third music video to reach 200 million views, following "Fearless" and "God's Menu," which previously achieved the same milestone.

"HOT" is a hip-hop genre song characterized by the harmony of Western guitar sounds. The song powerfully expresses SEVENTEEN's courageous journey as they face the sun. Upon release, the song ranked at the top of major domestic music charts such as Melon and Bugs, and it has been streamed over 271.94 million times on Spotify, the world's largest music streaming platform.

The music video was produced under the concept "Shoot the Sun" and surpassed 100 million views within seven and a half months of its release, setting the shortest time record among SEVENTEEN's music videos.
