Twice, celebrating their 10th anniversary this year, will release a special album on October 10. JYP Entertainment announced the special album release by unveiling a 10th-anniversary timetable image on Twice's official SNS channels at 8 p.m. on the 19th.
To coincide with the album release, Twice will carry out various promotions including a prologue film, online covers, posters, streaming of hit songs and world tours, and music video teasers. The special album TEN: The story Goes On will be officially released at 1 p.m. on October 10.
The prologue film, released at midnight on the 20th, was produced in a cheerful and lively sitcom format. The nine members presented an extraordinary 10th-anniversary talent show themed around the number "10," bringing laughter to viewers. In the latter part of the video, scenes of failing the talent show mission and cheering while holding a trophy highlighted the members' natural charm.
Through humorous content, Twice raised global fans' expectations for the new special album. They continue active promotions throughout 2025 to commemorate their 10th anniversary, solidifying their status as a global top girl group.
Recently, Twice participated in the original soundtrack TAKEDOWN (JEONGYEON, JIHYO, CHAEYOUNG) for the Netflix global animation KPop Demon Hunters, leading to worldwide success. Additionally, Strategy also achieved a popular resurgence, with both songs setting new highest rankings for Twice on major global charts such as the US Billboard main chart Hot 100, Apple Music, Spotify, and the UK Official Charts, marking career highs.
In August, Twice made a powerful impact as the first K-pop girl group to headline Lollapalooza Chicago. They are currently touring the world with their sixth world tour THIS IS FOR, performing successfully across various countries.
Through this special album, Twice plans to express gratitude to their fans and repay their unwavering love. The special album TEN: The story Goes On will be officially released at 1 p.m. on October 10.
