Kim Eun-ji works as a dermatologist at a hospital located in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

Kim Young-kwang expressed affection for his wife, saying, "She is intelligent and beautiful. She resembles Sandara Park and Ye-won." He recalled their first meeting, saying, "When I was with the Ulsan Hyundai team, I joined a meal with acquaintances. I saw her there and fell in love at first sight. I proposed within 24 hours." Kim Young-kwang added, "People might think it's strange. Even now, I wonder why I did that, but I just knew 'she's the one.'"

Regarding their marriage process, Kim Young-kwang said, "The next day, I invited her to the All-Star game. I beat all the seniors and won the popularity award.
