Actress Go Jun-hee has announced plans to move to a luxury apartment worth over 10 billion won located in Seongsu-dong, Seoul. On the 22nd, Go Jun-hee expressed her intention to live independently on her YouTube channel "Go Jun-hee GO," saying, "My parents' health has improved to some extent, so I want to try living alone now."

The apartment Go Jun-hee will move into is known as "Acro Seoul Forest," a landmark in Seongsu-dong. Acro Seoul Forest is a complex completed in 2020, consisting of two residential buildings along with an office building (D Tower) and commercial and cultural facilities. The apartment was designed so that every unit enjoys a premium view, maximizing views of Seoul Forest and the Han River.

Acro Seoul Forest is considered one of the three most expensive apartments in Seongsu-dong, along with "Trimage" and "Galleria Foret." According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's real transaction price disclosure system, a 159m2 (61 pyeong) unit was sold for 13.5 billion won in February this year, setting a new record. The jeonse (long-term deposit lease) prices are also in the tens of billions of won, and last year, a penthouse (273m2) was leased with a deposit of 4 billion won and a monthly rent of 25 million won.

Many celebrities already reside in Acro Seoul Forest. Residents include actors Jun Ji-hyun and Lee Je-hoon, singer Taemin, broadcaster Park Kyung-lim, couples Joo Sang-wook and Cha Ye-ryun, Son Ji-chang and Oh Yeon-soo, and singer Kim Dong-ryul. Additionally, several business executives such as Musinsa CEO Jo Man-ho and Mecascale CEO Kwon Seung-jo also live in this apartment.

Regarding the reason for postponing her independence, Go Jun-hee explained, "I was going to move out the year before last, but my parents' health checkup results were not good," adding, "I needed to see it with my own eyes to feel reassured, so I lived with them." She decided to live independently after her parents' health improved.
