Various artists, including J-Hope, Stray Kids, Zerobaseone, NCT Dream, NCT Wish, Treasure, IVE, TWICE, MONSTA X, and aespa, were nominated, and Jin secured first place with an overwhelming 50.6% of the votes.

Forbes Korea analyzed that Jin is a "top contender regardless of the theme," citing his vocal tone as the main reason for his selection. The media praised Jin as an artist who shows a strong and dazzling presence on stage while simultaneously possessing a warm and lingering vocal quality, achieving a well-balanced combination of stage performance and vocals. His representative solo songs mentioned were "Epiphany" and "Moon," with "Epiphany" regarded as a masterpiece among BTS's released tracks.

In addition to Jin's solo songs, many tracks from BTS albums featuring his attractive vocal tone, outstanding lyrics, and melodies have received positive reviews. Forbes Korea highlighted Jin's musical capabilities by citing "Awake" from BTS's second full-length album "Wings," released in 2016.

This marked the first time an Asian artist topped Spotify's global chart in 2025. As of September 27, the song has remained on Spotify's Global Top 50 chart for 134 days, holding the record for the longest-charting song by a K-pop artist in 2025. On the same day, it ranked sixth on Spotify's global chart, marking 79 days within the Top 10.

Jin holds the record for the most number-one songs (7) on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart as a soloist. His "ECHO" set the 2025 K-pop solo album record as the first and only album to chart on the Billboard World Albums chart for over 17 weeks. Jin was also recognized as the best-selling K-pop solo artist in the U.S. in 2025 based on pure album sales.

Additionally, Jin's first solo fan concert and first solo world tour, the "Run, Seokjin Tour," achieved the highest revenue of $32.5 million and the largest audience of 217,000 among Asian solo artists on the Billboard Top Tours monthly chart.
