Seventeen, Huge Success with 70,000 Fans at Hong Kong World Tour

Group Seventeen held 'Seventeen World Tour [NEW_] in Hong Kong' at Kai Tak Stadium on the 27th and 28th. Approximately 72,600 spectators attended the concerts, filling the largest venue in the area to capacity. Seventeen proved their strong ticket power by holding solo performances at a venue where world-renowned artists such as Coldplay have performed.

Seventeen began the concert by greeting the audience, saying, "Thank you for waiting for such a long time." They performed a variety of songs, including the title track "Thunder" from their 5th full album, solo songs, and the Chinese song "The Meaning of Meeting." In particular, Dokyeom and Seungkwan spontaneously sang the locally popular ballad "The Last Fireworks of a Midsummer Night," receiving great applause from the audience.

On the first day, Jackie Chan, the lead actor of the movie "Storm Chaser," made a surprise guest appearance. Jackie Chan revealed, "I am a fan of Seventeen," hugged the members, and performed the stage for "True Hero," earning applause from the audience. On the second day, film director Larry Yang and singer-actor Lin Chun Nan attended the concert from the audience.

Seventeen held a large-scale fan experience event called "CARATIA" starting from the 16th. At this event, the first-ever mega drone show by a K-pop artist was held at Wanchai Beach Park. The drone show took place four times on the 26th, 27th, and 29th, displaying the Seventeen logo, a diamond symbolizing CARAT, and silhouettes of the thirteen members lighting up the sky. Tens of thousands attended the event, and over 40,000 posts with the hashtag "克拉境" were uploaded on social media.

The luxury hotel chain The Peninsula Hong Kong collaborated with Seventeen to light up the building's exterior in Seventeen's official colors. Fourteen themed rooms within the hotel sold out within 30 minutes of reservation opening. Approximately 16,000 people visited the pop-up store where collaboration products featuring the character "Bongbongi," inspired by Seventeen's light stick, and the premium handmade doll brand TeddyTales were sold.

Additionally, about 13,000 people participated in the stamp rally, collecting nearly 20,000 stamps to receive souvenirs. Hong Kong's tourist attraction "Avenue of Stars" was transformed into an exhibition hall for Seventeen's official character "Mini Teen," and the Ngong Ping 360 cable car was decorated with photos of Seventeen. The Aqua Luna cruise ship in Victoria Harbour and trams running through Hong Kong's bustling streets were wrapped with themes from Seventeen's concerts.

Seventeen plans to hold 'Seventeen World Tour [NEW_] in U.S.' in five North American cities in October. In November and December, they will perform at four major domes in Japan. They continue to communicate with global fans and elevate the status of K-pop.
