
Jungyeon of TWICE will not participate in the world tour concert held in Bulacan, Philippines due to health issues. TWICE announced this fact on the 2nd through the fan platform 'Fans.' The notice stated, "Jungyeon will not attend the world tour 'THIS IS FOR' Bulacan concert scheduled for the 4th due to health reasons."
TWICE said, "We sincerely apologize to the fans who have waited for a long time," and added, "This decision was inevitably made with the artist's health and recovery as the top priority. We ask for your generous understanding." Jungyeon plans to carry out the remaining world tour schedule normally.
Jungyeon will continue performances starting in Singapore on the 11th, followed by Malaysia, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and others. Next year, she plans to perform in North America. Jungyeon previously halted activities in 2020 due to neck disc surgery. She returned in June 2021 but temporarily stopped activities again after two months due to symptoms of anxiety and panic disorder.
