
The group TWS is set to solidify their status this fall with their new song "OVERDRIVE." TWS is a six-member group consisting of Shinyu, Dohun, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon, and Kyungmin. On the 4th at 10 PM, they revealed the tracklist for their 4th mini-album "play hard" through the team's official SNS. According to the released tracklist, the new album includes a total of six songs, featuring the title track "OVERDRIVE" and the pre-released "Head Shoulders Knees Toes" from the 22nd of last month. The other tracks are "HOT BLUE SHOES," "Caffeine Rush," "overthinking," and "I'll Be Your Tomorrow."
For the first time, TWS members are credited on this album, showing their growth. In particular, member Jihoon participated in writing the lyrics for the title track "OVERDRIVE." This song depicts TWS's explosive emotions and overheated hearts deeply immersed in what they love, characterized by Jihoon's heartfelt lyrics. Additionally, member Dohun contributed to the lyrics of the final track "I'll Be Your Tomorrow," expressing TWS's sincerity in this fan song.
The pre-release track "Head Shoulders Knees Toes" has attracted much attention by delivering unstoppable energy from head to toe. Besides this, songs with various titles such as "HOT BLUE SHOES," "Caffeine Rush," and "overthinking" are included in the new album, promising a diverse range of stories. The album title "play hard" carries the meaning of giving all youth and passion with full effort. The six tracks highlight the members' shining sweat from multiple angles, fully capturing the heat of youth.
TWS's 4th mini-album "play hard" will be released on the 13th at 6 PM. Comeback promotions will continue even during the golden holiday. On the 8th, a highlight medley of the new album will be released, followed by music video teasers for "OVERDRIVE" on the 10th and 11th.
Ahead of the new release, TWS is actively engaging in external activities. On the 5th (local time), they are scheduled to attend the CELINE ETE 2026 collection show in Paris, France, as a full group. Additionally, on the 10th, they plan to perform during halftime at the "Hana Bank Invitational Friendly Match" against Brazil, held at Seoul World Cup Stadium in Mapo-gu, Seoul.
