During the 28th season, Youngsook had to go to the emergency room while on a date. On the October 8th episode of the variety show "I am SOLO," aired on ENA and SBS Plus, Youngsook visited an izakaya with Kwangsoo for their second-priority date. That day, Youngsook drank a glass of sake at Kwangsoo's suggestion and later complained of health issues.

Youngsook said, "I'm spinning," showing signs of distress from the alcohol. Kwangsoo suggested, "Let's lie down in the car for a bit," but Youngsook replied, "It's okay if I drink little by little, but I think I drank too much at once." When Youngsook's condition did not improve, Kwangsoo repeatedly urged, "Let's go to the emergency room to get an IV." Youngsook responded, "I'll rest for a moment," but Defconn said, "She probably doesn't want to go to the emergency room herself, but it's the right thing to do."

Youngsook explained, "I didn't completely pass out. It was a semi-faint," showing appreciation for Kwangsoo's care. She said, "He pinched me, saying, 'You shouldn't do this. You'll get scolded.' I saw a new side of him. I thought, 'Oh? He's taking care of me.' It was reassuring. Since my hands and feet got really cold, even though I was barefoot, he gave me a foot massage."

Song Haena said, "But Kwangsoo must have been really shocked," and Lee Ikkyung added, "He must have been very surprised and sorry." Kwangsoo said, "She was like a stubborn younger sibling next door.
