BTS took first place in the 'Fan N Star' group rankings for the first week of October, which ran from October 29th to October 6th, with 7,693,497 votes. Plave came in second with 348,222 votes, and &Team came in third with 316,872 votes.

'Fan N Star' broadcasts a congratulatory video on the N Square billboard in Hongdae Station, Mapo-gu, Seoul, when an artist tops the group rankings for 10 consecutive weeks. If BTS reaches No 1 for 30 consecutive weeks, they will receive a wall-wrapped advertisement at Hongdae Station. If they reach No 1 for 50 consecutive weeks, the announcement will be announced on the Chandelier at Lotte World Mall in Jamsil. If they reach No 1 for 70 consecutive weeks, they will be celebrated on the 26W billboard in Hong Kong and the Paris billboard in France. If they reach No 1 for 100 consecutive weeks, they will be celebrated on the Starfield Media Tower billboard in Goyang.

Fans who participated in the vote sent congratulatory messages to the official Fan N Star text message box, along with the news of BTS's No 1 win. One fan, nicknamed "Choco Omegi Tteok," wrote, "I only root for BTS."
