Yoon Jung-soo and Won Jin-seo, a married couple, revealed their plans for a second child. On the October 13th episode of TV Chosun's variety show "Joseon's Lovers," Yoon Jung-soo introduced Won Jin-seo and shared his thoughts about having a second child during a dinner with his close friends Bae Ki-sung and Lim Hyung-joon. Yoon Jung-soo said, "My wife insisted from the beginning that we should proceed steadily, so she has been diligently visiting the hospital." Won Jin-seo added, "I just hope it happens. My husband really loves babies, and I do too."
Yoon Jung-soo is 53 years old, and Won Jin-seo is 41, both at ages where natural pregnancy can be challenging. Yoon Jung-soo candidly shared, "I'm grateful that she feels she must give me a baby. I'm okay if it doesn't happen, but there was a time when we cried together in the car while talking about it." They continued an honest conversation, sharing their concerns and emotions about having a second child.
The wedding photo shoot scene was also aired. While waiting for Won Jin-seo to get ready, Yoon Jung-soo playfully complained, "You're so lovely and tired." When Won Jin-seo lost her smile due to nervousness during the shoot, Yoon Jung-soo lightened the mood by saying, "You're mine! Bring me your lips!" After the shoot, upon seeing the finished photos, Kim Guk-jin joked, "Jung-soo... doesn't seem to know how to kiss well?" which made everyone laugh.
The invitation card gathering with friends Lim Hyung-joon and Bae Ki-sung, who had doubted Yoon Jung-soo's marriage, was also broadcast. Won Jin-seo revealed why she kept the marriage a secret, saying, "I only told three close friends. Some friends even felt betrayed." She continued, "In the early days of dating, when we were just 'something,' my husband struggled so much preparing for Christmas that I barged into his house," surprising everyone.
Yoon Jung-soo revealed, "That day, we had our first kiss," and Won Jin-seo exposed, "From the second or third meeting, he kissed my forehead, even though we weren't dating yet..." Lim Hyung-joon expressed his astonishment, "You kissed before dating... and didn't report it?" The two shared jokes and stories from their past relationships only close friends could have, also offering advice as a married senior.
Yoon Jung-soo shared his worries about having a second child, saying, "We even cried together in the car." In response, Lim Hyung-joon sincerely encouraged him, "There's a psychological aspect. Don't be obsessive because of pregnancy." Yoon Jung-soo also revealed wedding plans. He said, "Kim Sook will be the MC, Giseong will sing... Lee Jae-hoon from Cool said he would come too," jokingly asking Lim Hyung-joon, who was eager to join, "Please be a flower boy."
Meanwhile, Kim Byung-man met with the production team at a movie filming site. He introduced Shin Hyun-joon, a 20-year-old close friend who takes care of him like a younger brother, saying, "Shin Hyun-joon predicted that the master would be a big hit." Shin Hyun-joon, who received a wedding invitation from Kim Byung-man along with actress Bae Woo-hee, said, "I'll give 160 million won as a wedding gift. Thanks to you, I got married too."
Kim Byung-man created an awkward atmosphere during a date with his wife. After repeatedly stumbling, he finally succeeded in holding her hand and even completed a couple's massage. Later, he parted ways an hour earlier with his manager to discuss the schedule for a proposal at the 63 Building. The production team suggested, "Let's go to a café," for his wife who was left alone.
Kim Byung-man busily prepared for the proposal at a lounge in the 63 Building. The proposal gift was a painting copied exactly from a family photo without Kim Byung-man in it. He said, "There are many photos without me. This time, I'm planning to stand slightly in a photo where I'm not present." When his wife arrived, Kim Byung-man called her forward while explaining the painting.
Kim Byung-man said, "It's the most childish thing, but I want to try it sincerely," then knelt on one knee and read a heartfelt confession written in a diary. The MCs watching the VCR became teary-eyed. Kim Byung-man opened the ring box, concluding the proposal. His wife shed tears of emotion, saying, "Before marriage, my husband said, 'Why do you do these things when you're living together and getting married?' I never thought about it. It feels like I'm being compensated for all the time we spent."
The hyper-realistic documentary variety show "Joseon's Lovers" airs every Monday at 10 p.m.
