'Sing Again 4' expanded from six groups to seven groups, each consisting of 'Hidden Masters,' 'True Unknowns,' 'Sugarman,' 'OST,' 'Standing Alone,' and 'Audition Champions.' The first group, 'Hidden Masters,' featured a large number of powerful contestants, raising the judging standards due to the fierce competition.

Contestant No. 57 delicately expressed Johahm's 'To You Who Know My Pain' and secured a pass. No. 51 sang Han Young-ae's 'Rhinoceros' and received positive evaluations from the judges. Yoon Jong-shin described No. 51's performance as "the main dish," expressing anticipation for the next stage. No. 19 rhythmically performed Kang San's 'Iguana,' achieving the first all-again of Season 4. Kyuhyun praised it as "the first stage today that gave me goosebumps."

In the 'Sugarman' group, No. 67 perfectly performed all five parts of his 2011 debut song 'This and That' alone, receiving seven agains. Lim Jae-beom rated his stage as 'superhuman level.' No. 70 sang the audition classic 'Ice Fortress,' earning praise from the judges. No. 69 passionately sang his hit song 'Rose of Versailles' but faced elimination with three agains. However, Kim Eana triggered the first-ever super again with the remark, "Don't say that name ever," allowing No. 69 to advance to the second round.

Emotional stages continued in the 'Standing Alone' group. No. 43 performed BIBI's 'Life is a Bad X' in her own style and received an all-again.
