Artist Yugyeom is communicating with fans by continuously releasing live clip videos for each track of his second full-length solo album, 'Interlunar.' Since the 6th, Yugyeom has been showcasing live videos filmed before his military enlistment every week on his official YouTube channel.
This live content is a gift prepared to maintain a connection with fans during his military hiatus after starting his service in the Army Band. Yugyeom enlisted on the 29th of last month and conveys his sincere feelings toward his fandom, Agase, through music.
In the released videos, Yugyeom demonstrated his outstanding live skills by flexibly expressing different atmospheres for each song, starting with track 1 of the second full album 'Interlunar,' 'It's Okay,' followed by 'Ddakpul (Feat. Hoody),' the first title track 'Shall We Dance,' and 'You Call My Name.' In 'It's Okay,' he delivered a calm and delicate emotional expression, while in 'Ddakpul,' he sang a sweet confession. 'Shall We Dance' featured a performance full of bright energy, and 'You Call My Name' attracted fans' attention with a video set against a phone booth backdrop.
The album 'Interlunar' carries a message that, like the period when the moon is not visible, even if they cannot see each other, they are confident they will meet again and can wait without fear or sadness. Yugyeom plans to sequentially release live clips of the remaining tracks.
Yugyeom was active both domestically and internationally as a member of GOT7 and as a solo artist until his enlistment. Following the 2024-2025 Asia tour, he successfully completed the 2025 solo world tour 'TRUSTY' in nine cities across North America and Latin America. Notably, he proved his global popularity by successfully holding his first solo concert in Korea and an encore performance in Bangkok in March. In June, he released his second full album 'Interlunar,' which contains a total of 10 tracks and received favorable reviews.
Additionally, earlier this year, he made a comeback with GOT7's full group by releasing the album 'WINTER HEPTAGON' and the title track 'PYTHON.' The large-scale solo concerts 'NESTFEST' held in Seoul and Bangkok were successfully conducted with all seats sold out.
