Jo Hye-ryun mentioned in the broadcast a phone conversation with Park Mi-sun, saying, "Mi-sun unnie asked, 'Where are you? Are you alone?' and then greeted me by saying, 'I have completely finished treatment, and thank you for praying for me all this time.'" She expressed gratitude that Park Mi-sun was the first to share the news of her improved health with her.

Park Mi-sun suspended her broadcasting activities earlier this year due to health reasons. At that time, her agency announced, "She has entered a break due to health reasons," but did not disclose the specific illness. Later, it became known that Park Mi-sun was undergoing breast cancer treatment. Jo Hye-ryun appeared on MBC FM4U's "2 O'Clock Date with Ahn Young-mi" and said, "I pray every day without fail for my unnie to stay well."
