Jin took first place with 14,743,003 votes in the 'Fan N Star' solo rankings for the third week of October, which ran from October 13th to 20th. BTS V came in second with 8,801,595 votes, and BTS J-Hope came in third with 5,298,635 votes.

If an artist holds the top spot on the solo rankings for 10 consecutive weeks, "Fan N Star" will broadcast a congratulatory video on the N Square billboard in Hongdae Station, Mapo-gu, Seoul. Furthermore, if an artist holds the top spot for 30 consecutive weeks, a wall-wrapped advertisement will be featured on the Hongdae Station wall. If an artist holds the top spot for 50 consecutive weeks, the announcement will be made on the Chandelier at Lotte World Mall in Jamsil. If an artist holds the top spot for 70 consecutive weeks, the announcement will be made on the 26W billboard in Hong Kong and the Paris billboard in France. If an artist holds the top spot for 100 consecutive weeks, the announcement will be made on the Starfield Media Tower billboard in Goyang.
