PLAVE Tops 'Fan N Star' Global Hot Star Ranking for 50 Consecutive Weeks

[The Fact | Reporter Na-rae Lee] Group PLAVE has been inducted into the Hall of Fame after topping the weekly idol ranking site 'Fan N Star' Global Hot Star Ranking for 50 consecutive weeks.

PLAVE ranked first in the 'Fan N Star' Global Hot Star Ranking vote from September 8, 2019, to September 8, 2025. The Global Hot Star Ranking is a vote that selects K-pop artists who have captivated the world. Nominees include fourth- and fifth-generation idols with established global fandoms. The award is particularly noteworthy because it ties in with the 'Global Hot Star Award' of the 'The Fact Music Awards,' making it a highly anticipated award among fans. The current voting is based on pre-voting for "Global Hot Star" next year, with 20% of the vote counting toward the final vote. The artist who ultimately wins first place will receive the Global Hot Star Trophy at the 2026 "The Fact Music Awards."

"Fan N Star" will advertise at Hongdae N Square in Mapo-gu, Seoul if the artist ranks first for 10 consecutive weeks. Artists who rank first for 30 consecutive weeks will receive a wrap-around advertisement at Hongdae Station in Mapo-gu, Seoul. Artists who rank first for 50 consecutive weeks will receive a chandelier at Lotte World in Jamsil, Songpa-gu, Seoul. Artists who rank first for 70 consecutive weeks will receive billboards in Hong Kong and Paris, France. Artists who rank first for 100 consecutive weeks will receive a special promotion at Starfield Media Tower in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.

Furthermore, all artists who reach a certain number of votes, regardless of their ranking, will receive special benefits. Upon reaching 100 million cumulative votes, global special offers will be provided via the Philippine digital billboard, 200 million for Singapore, 300 million for France, 500 million for Hong Kong, and 1 billion for New York.

Following the news of PLAVE's first place win, fans who participated in the vote sent congratulatory messages to the official Fan N Star text message box. One fan, nicknamed "Orange Mango," wrote, "Congratulations on 50 weeks of No 1. I love you."
