Jungsook expressed her disappointment in Youngsoo. On the 22nd episode of the variety show "I am SOLO" aired on SBS Plus and ENA, Jungsook appeared to be troubled about her relationship with Youngsoo. Jungsook asked Oksun, "Do you know what happened between Hyunsook and Youngsoo yesterday?" Oksun replied, "Hyunsook worked hard to appeal during the one-on-one date. Youngsoo responded well to that." Upon hearing this, Jungsook expressed her dissatisfaction, saying, "I'm a bit upset."

In an interview, Jungsook claimed, "Youngsoo is hiding his relationship with someone." She said, "I thought the newcomer was Hyunsook. I felt that Youngsoo easily falls for the women's temptations." Jungsook confided in Youngsook inside the car, saying, "Youngsoo is considering all seven of them," and "I don't like how he accepts everything Hyunsook does."

Later, a scene where the female contestants choose the male contestants was broadcast. Youngsoo stated in an interview that he wanted Jungsook as his date partner. However, Jungsook chose Sangcheol instead of Youngsoo. Jungsook explained, "I realized that Youngsook wanted to settle things with Youngsoo. I didn't want to be in that stressful situation." She added, "I wanted Youngsoo to reject me directly. I chose Sangcheol because I wanted to have a joyful and happy time today."

Jungsook said to Youngsoo, "You were very angry yesterday, so why haven't you come to make up? I heard that it's difficult to choose because there's no difference between the first and second choices." She continued, "When I was picked as the second choice, I heard the words 'barely made it.' Whether I go to someone else or not, I was angry. It was an annoying situation, so I felt bad."

Youngsoo explained, "Ranking first and second doesn't really matter. When I said let's talk again tomorrow, I meant right now." Jungsook said, "I'm exhausted because there are too many women around." Youngsoo confessed, "Hyunsook said she would give up on me. And she got very emotional. Youngsook speaks honestly, but I think it will be hard for my feelings to respond."

Jungsook protested, "I take care not to hurt the feelings of other women, so why don't you take care of mine?" Youngsoo revealed, "There are two people on my mind. Jungsook is always number one. But the second choice has recently changed." Jungsook responded, "I often feel like I might be eliminated too. Don't make me sad."
