Singer Lee Chan-won visited his alma mater to reminisce about his school days and spend time communicating with his juniors. The episode of KBS 2TV's "New Product Launch Pyeonstorang" aired on the 24th featured Lee Chan-won visiting Gyeongwon High School located in Daegu. Upon arriving at his alma mater, Lee Chan-won met the principal, who had been the head of the research department during Lee's school years.

During the reunion with the principal, Lee Chan-won expressed his delight, saying, "You were the head of the research department when I was attending school." The principal mentioned the heartwarming story of Lee sending wreaths to 24 teachers every Teacher's Day and expressed gratitude. The main reason for Lee Chan-won's visit to his alma mater was to keep a promise made to his most respected teacher, his homeroom teacher in the third year of high school. Lee described his homeroom teacher as "like a father, uncle, and older brother," showing deep respect. He had promised to visit his alma mater during the filming of "Pyeonstorang" and came to Daegu to fulfill that promise.

After meeting with the principal and homeroom teacher, Lee Chan-won prepared a surprise event stage for all 600 students. The students gathered in the auditorium without any knowledge that Lee would visit the school. When Lee appeared on stage, students and teachers greeted him with great cheers. Lee said, "In the six years since my debut, I have performed at many concerts and events and sung in front of tens of thousands of people, but today feels like the most nerve-wracking and meaningful moment."

Lee Chan-won held a Q&A session with his juniors, answering various questions. When a student asked, "Please tell us how to get a girlfriend," Lee recalled his popularity during school days, saying, "Even now, when there's a festival, do high school girls come? I always hosted the event on this stage. After MCing, two or three high school girls would always ask me for my phone number." When another student asked, "Do you have a girlfriend now?" Lee replied, "Even if I did, do you think I would say so? I don't have one right now."

Lee Chan-won prepared 200 servings of fried chicken for his juniors. He said, "Looking back at my third year of high school, I really didn't want to study. Especially 100 days before the college entrance exam, it's hard to concentrate. I wanted to give them a short break." He added, "School days were peaceful, pure, and happy, but you really don't realize it then. Today, seeing my juniors enjoy the food and say kind words made me feel happy instead."
