Heo Kyung-hwan warns young people living alone to beware of a 2.7 billion won scam.

Comedian Heo Kyung-hwan gave advice to young people dreaming of living on their own. In a video posted on Heo Kyung-hwan's YouTube channel "If You're Curious, Heo Kyung-hwan" on the 24th, he candidly shared insights gained from his past experience living alone, preparing to become a comedian, and going through business and fraud hardships.

In the video, Heo Kyung-hwan expressed anger about a jeonse fraud case, saying, "Losing hard-earned money to fraud is like dying." He warned the jeonse scammers, saying, "They are committing fraud with people's lives. How much better do you think you'll live by cheating others? Life is really short." His remarks were not just anger but realistic advice based on his own experience of suffering a 2.7 billion won fraud and financial difficulties.

Heo Kyung-hwan detailed his experience living alone in his youth, recalling his one-room apartment. He said, "If I didn't cook or make plans with anyone, no one would buy me food, so I had to handle everything by myself. I had to worry about rent and even borrowed money from a close older brother," reflecting on the hardships of living alone. He continued, "Sitting alone in a small room, I felt like I wasn't progressing, and I felt miserable eating only rice with side dishes my mom packed. All the places around me like chicken shops and bars were bright, but I felt like I was in a dark space alone. Still, when I felt lonely and sad, I always thought of my parents."

When the production team mentioned his spending pattern, saying, "It seems like you spend the most money on delivery," Heo Kyung-hwan responded, "It seems like an era where spending money is easy. You have to reflect on how many times you ordered delivery or indulged in luxury in a week. Developing a habit of saving money is important. Money is about timing. You have to be able to spend it when necessary," offering advice on asset management.

Heo Kyung-hwan debuted as a comedian in 2007 as part of KBS's 22nd public recruitment class and gained great popularity. In 2010, he started a chicken breast business but faced difficulties, including being defrauded of about 2.7 billion won by a business partner. Nevertheless, by 2021, he successfully operated the business, recording sales of approximately 60 billion won.

Heo Kyung-hwan's experiences are expected to serve as practical advice for young people dreaming of living alone. His remarks go beyond simple advice and can help understand the difficulties of living alone and financial hardships. Young people starting to live on their own can learn the importance of asset management and realistic spending habits through Heo Kyung-hwan's story.

Based on his experiences living alone, Heo Kyung-hwan provides necessary advice to young people. His honest story is expected to resonate with and comfort many.
