The agency explained Park Bom's current condition as "emotionally very unstable, with communication not going smoothly, making treatment and rest for recovery urgently necessary." They added, "As the SNS posts have spread through various channels, they have been misinterpreted or caused unnecessary misunderstandings that differ from the facts," and "This has caused harm not only to Park Bom herself but also to her family and acquaintances."

The agency requested, "Please refrain from sharing the posts in detail," and "We also politely ask members of the press to refrain from reporting on this matter." Finally, they said, "We will do our best to help the artist recover her health as soon as possible and greet you with a better appearance," asking fans for deep understanding and warm support.

Earlier, on the 22nd, Park Bom posted a document titled "Complaint" on her SNS, claiming, "The profits that should have been properly paid have not been paid for a long time," and stated that she was filing a complaint against Yang Hyun-suk, the general producer of YG Entertainment. She revealed that the profits generated from music, performances, broadcasts, advertisements, and events she participated in had not been settled. Park Bom caused controversy by specifying an abnormal amount as the damage amount.

In response, the agency stated, "The settlements related to Park Bom's activities with 2NE1 have already been completed, and the complaint uploaded on SNS has not been officially received." On the 23rd, Park Bom captured and posted three pages of notes on her SNS account.
