On the afternoon of the 24th, his agency Fantagio released a coming soon teaser video on Cha Eun-woo's official social media and YouTube channel, announcing the release of his second solo mini-album. According to the teaser, Cha Eun-woo will release his second mini-album, "ELSE," on November 21st at 1 PM KST.

Cha Eun-woo created a tense atmosphere with his constantly changing facial expressions and gestures amidst a mysterious atmosphere. He initially expressed his confusion by covering his face, but then, with a leather jacket and scar makeup, he exuded a powerful charisma, creating a surprising twist. Expectations are high for the musical style Cha Eun-woo will showcase with "ELSE."

Cha Eun-woo's second mini-album, "ELSE," marks his first solo album in approximately one year and nine months, following the release of his first mini-album, "ENTITY," in February of last year. Having enlisted in the Army Band in July, Cha Eun-woo, who had pre-recorded the album beforehand, continues his unwavering commitment to his military service.

Cha Eun-woo has been building his presence through his active career, combining both music and performance. Just before his enlistment, he held solo fan meetings, "THE ROYAL," in Seoul and Tokyo, sharing meaningful moments with fans both domestically and internationally. Recently, "Cha Eun-woo VR Concert: Memories" and its expanded format, "Cha Eun-woo: Memories in Cinema," were released.

As an actor, Cha Eun-woo has also been steadily expanding his spectrum, building a solid filmography. She will show off her new charms by taking on the role of Yeonmin in the movie 'First Ride', which will be released on the 29th of this month, and will also be active as Lee Woon-jung in the Netflix series 'The Wonderful'.
