Singer Jadu appeared as the 50th contestant on JTBC's music variety show "Sing Again Season 4." In the episode aired on October 28, Jadu introduced herself as a "singer who needs reconciliation." She revealed, "I didn't fight with people, but I grew distant from the song I wanted to sing today."

Jadu spoke about her musical identity, saying, "Actually, I wanted to become a rocker. But I was embarrassed because my debut song and concept were far from rock." She confessed that she once had a new dream of "failing," but that dream was crushed as hit songs poured out. Jadu admitted, "I was never unknown, but I felt a sense of failure because I couldn't become the person I wanted to be." She explained her reason for appearing, saying, "I want to reset myself now and love my name again."

On stage, Jadu passionately sang "Goodbye," receiving high praise from the judges. Kyuhyun said, "This is unbelievable. Sorry, but it's unfair for you to be here," and added, "I thought I was watching a celebration stage of 'Sing Again,' not an audition. You were truly relaxed and tore up the stage." The 78th contestant sang "Can I Love Again" and passed with six agains. Taeyeon said, "I felt a tone that could form a dedicated fan base," and Yoon Jong-shin added, "I really hope they sing again."

The 41st contestant performed "After," and Kyuhyun said, "I was goosebumps hearing the original after only listening to my friends' covers of 'After.'" Lee Hae-ri expressed her emotion, saying, "Thinking about whether I could sing this well after 26 years, I could hear the tremendous effort in the singing."

The judges were stirred by the appearance of the 50th contestant Jadu, and Lee Seung-gi said, "It's hard for us to pretend we don't know."
