Tours receives streaming gold certification in Japan... a successful start


Tours has proven its popularity in Japan. The Japan Record Association announced the streaming certification list on October 31. Tours received a "Gold" certification for the title track of their first mini-album, "First Meeting Does Not Go as Planned." The Japan Record Association classifies certifications based on the cumulative number of streams per song each month, with Gold at 50 million and Platinum at 100 million streams. "First Meeting Does Not Go as Planned" recorded over 50 million streams. This song is Tours' debut track released in January last year. Its refreshing energy and the members' fresh emotions combined to create a syndrome-level popularity.

Riding this momentum, Tours debuted in Japan last July. Their Japanese debut single "Nice to See You Again" (はじめまして) surpassed 250,000 cumulative sales. They also held their first local tour immediately after debut. The "2025 Tours Tour 24/7:WITH:US in Japan" (24/7:WITH:US) attracted about 50,000 spectators across six cities. They participated not only in solo concerts but also in various festivals in Japan.

Tours took the stage at the "Rock in Japan Festival 2025" and interacted with the audience. They are also scheduled to appear at "Countdown Japan 25/26" on December 27. Tours recently released their fourth mini-album "play hard" and continues their comeback activities.
