New Single "NOT CUTE ANYMORE" to be Released on the 24th

[The Fact | Reporter Choi Hyun-jung] Group ILLIT is embarking on a new musical endeavor, partnering with an American producer.

On the 3rd, their agency, Belift Lab, released the track motion for ILLIT’s first single, "NOT CUTE ANYMORE," on the HYBE Labels YouTube channel.

According to the release, the single contains two tracks: the title track of the same name and the b-side track "NOT ME." The title track "NOT CUTE ANYMORE" intuitively expresses the desire to not be seen as simply cute.

This song was produced by Jasper Harris, a global producer who has topped the Billboard Hot 100 and received a Grammy nomination, bringing out a new side of ILLIT. Furthermore, domestic and international singer-songwriters like Sasha Alex Sloan and Youra lent their voices, creating a synergy with ILLIT.

The track "NOT ME" boldly declares that no one can define you. American female producer duo Pebbles & TamTam, known for their hit "Pink Like Suki," which gained traction on global short-form platforms like TikTok, participated in the production. Yoona, Minju, and Mocha are also credited on the song, promising to showcase ILLIT's growing sensibility.

The track's concept for "Motion" is also intriguing. This single features a collage design by British fashion brand Ashley Williams, with which ILLIT collaborated, and the titles of the new songs are sequentially revealed on a glittering LED screen, adding a stylish touch.
