On the morning of the 7th, Joo Hyun-young revealed the preparation process and episodes of the drama in an interview marking the end of Genie TV original "Good Woman Bu Semi" at a cafe in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. "Good Woman Bu Semi" ended on the 4th and is a crime romance drama about a dirt-poor female bodyguard who enters a contract marriage with a terminally ill chaebol chairman, changes her identity, and survives while avoiding those aiming to inherit the fortune.

Joo Hyun-young played the role of Baek Hye-ji, exuding a mysterious presence. She said, "At the beginning of the drama, Hye-ji's appearance in Muchang Village heightened the tension." In particular, Hye-ji's ballet scene at Young-ran's welcome party became a hot topic on social media (SNS). This scene reminded viewers of Young-sook, a contestant from the 16th season of the popular dating show "I Am Solo." Joo Hyun-young recalled, "That was intentional. When I received the script, I asked the director about the ballet scene."

The director explained, "I referred to the scene where Young-sook performed ballet on 'I Am Solo'." Joo Hyun-young said, "The director wanted that kind of feeling from the start." She added about the scene, "Although the drama has a sharp atmosphere, a warm story emerges as Young-ran goes to Muchang." Joo Hyun-young emphasized, "It was a scene everyone anticipated, so I prepared with a special heart."

Joo Hyun-young revealed that she attended ballet classes for the short but impactful scene. She said, "In the drama, Hye-ji is set to have learned ballet for only a month, which was just like my own experience. When I was young, I begged my mother to let me take ballet classes at a cultural center for a month." She continued, "There was a ballet academy for toddlers in front of my house, so I learned ballet at a toddler level." She explained, "I worked on choreography with the teacher until late at night, as if preparing for an entrance exam."

Joo Hyun-young said she took the scene seriously. She said, "For that moment, I thought of myself as a ballerina performing at the Seoul Arts Center and even paid attention to the final bow." She added, "I felt fine while filming, but afterward, I felt embarrassed."

Through "Good Woman Bu Semi," Joo Hyun-young showcased a new acting transformation. She said, "It was the first time I believed the ratings would come out high," adding, "The chemistry between the staff and actors was great."
