
Park Kyung-lim donated over 200 million won to support the dreams of teenagers. On the 11th, Park Kyung-lim's agency, With Dream Company, announced this fact. Earlier this year, Park Kyung-lim took on a new challenge as the creative director of the musical "Again Dream High." She set her new dream as a "Dream Helper," expressing gratitude for the reckless challenges she faced in the past and the help she received during that process.
Park Kyung-lim expressed her aspiration, saying, "Now, I want to help ensure that someone's challenge toward their dream does not get tired." Through the musical in which she appeared as the principal, she invited about 1,000 children from families facing multiple crises and young adults preparing for independence through Save the Children, an international child rights NGO, and Young Plus, a Seoul Metropolitan Government agency under the Ministry of Health and Welfare dedicated to supporting independence, to encourage their dreams.
In November of this year, Park Kyung-lim additionally donated 100 million won to Young Plus to be used to support youth aging out of care so they can pursue their dreams. Recognized for her 19 years of participation as a Save the Children ambassador since 2006, she received the Presidential Citation at the Children's Day ceremony hosted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare this year.
In addition to the 200 million won raised through Save the Children's Iriri Bazaar, Park Kyung-lim donated 170 million won, the entire proceeds from the sales of the Park Gote Project album, to the Beautiful Foundation. She also donated 100 million won to Jeil Hospital in Jung-gu, Seoul, for surgeries and treatments for infants with intractable diseases. Beyond this, Park Kyung-lim has continuously supported and donated through various organizations and institutions.
Currently, Park Kyung-lim is active as a host not only at film and drama production presentations but also on SBS's "Our Ballad," Channel A's "Close Friends Tokumentary - Table for Four," and "Amor Body: The World Seen Through the Body." Her diverse activities have a positive impact on many people.
