According to the real estate industry, Jang Wonyoung bought a single unit with an exclusive area of 244m2 (approximately 74 pyeong) at Lucid House located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, last March. She completed the ownership registration in October, and considering that no separate mortgage was registered on the official registry, it is estimated that she purchased it entirely with cash.

The seller is Lee Ji-yong, former CEO of Daelim Trading, known as a second-generation member of the DL Group. Lucid House is regarded as one of the most luxurious villas within UN Village. This villa boasts an excellent location with views of the Han River and Namsan Mountain, and it consists of a total of 15 units across two buildings, making it highly exclusive. Additionally, it is praised for its privacy protection, equipped with a 24-hour security system and individual elevators.

Lucid House is also famous as the residence of actress Kim Tae-hee before she married singer and actor Rain (real name Jung Ji-hoon). Kim Tae-hee purchased the villa in 2012 for 4.35 billion KRW and sold it in 2018 for 6.4 billion KRW, recording a capital gain of about 2 billion KRW.

Born in 2004, Jang Wonyoung ranked first in Mnet's "Produce 48" aired in 2018 and debuted with IZ*ONE. She re-debuted with IVE in 2021, establishing herself as the center and gaining great popularity.
