The release of the new song "baby blue" by the group Monsta X is just one day away. According to their agency Starship Entertainment, Monsta X will release the song on November 14 at midnight through global music platforms in each country.
The new song "baby blue" is a track that expresses the gradual fading of a familiar love through sensuous electronic pop. It beautifully depicts the memories and lingering emotions after a breakup, blending lyrical melodies with sophisticated synth sounds to leave a lingering feeling where warmth and loneliness coexist.
This single is Monsta X's first official U.S. single in about four years since their second U.S. full-length album "THE DREAMING" in 2021. With "THE DREAMING," Monsta X proved their solid global presence by entering the Billboard 200 chart for two consecutive weeks. Marking their 10th anniversary this year, Monsta X aims to appeal to global listeners with deeper emotions and moods.
Debuting in 2015, Monsta X reaffirmed their decade-long experience by successfully concluding promotions for their Korean mini-album "THE X" last September. The pre-release track "Do What I Want" and the title track "N the Front" from this album proved their reputation as a "performance you can trust to listen to and watch." The album entered the Billboard 200 at number 31, marking the first time a Korean album entered this chart.
Additionally, Monsta X demonstrated their unwavering global strength by appearing on multiple charts such as World Albums, Independent Albums, Top Album Sales, Top Current Album Sales, and Billboard Artist 100.
Monsta X will also join the "2025 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour," starting on December 12 (local time) at Madison Square Garden in New York. They will perform in a total of four cities, including the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia on the 15th, Capital One Arena in Washington on the 16th, and Kaseya Center in Miami on the 20th.
Monsta X's U.S. digital single "baby blue" will be released on November 14 at midnight on global music sites by country. The music video will be released on the same day at 2 PM (KST) and midnight (ET). Attention is focused on Monsta X's new song release and their upcoming activities.
