The return of NewJeans, a powerful leap forward as a complete group

Former ADORE CEO Min Hee-jin has expressed her stance regarding NewJeans' return to ADORE. On the 15th, on the YouTube channel 'No Younghee TV,' Min emphasized the group's complete activities by stating, "NewJeans exist as five." She explained, "Each member's unique color and sound interlock to form a complete shape," highlighting the importance of all five members being together.

Min added, "Now that they have returned, these five should be valued. Unnecessary disputes and interpretations do not help." She emphasized, "The essence is aimed at me, but please do not involve the children in the process. The children must be protected and should not be exploited."

This is Min's second statement following the one on the 13th. She said, "The members' decision to return together must have been made after deep consideration and discussion," and added, "I respect and support that choice." She also stated, "Under any circumstances, NewJeans must be fully preserved as five members."

Last November, NewJeans declared the termination of their exclusive contract, claiming that trust was broken due to Min's dismissal. In response, ADORE filed a lawsuit to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract. On the 30th of last month, the Seoul Central District Court ruled that the exclusive contract between ADORE and NewJeans is valid. All five members gave up their appeals, making the ruling final.

On the 12th, one day before the appeal deadline, members Haerin and Hyein, after careful consideration with their families, decided to respect the court ruling and comply with the exclusive contract. Subsequently, Minji, Danielle, and Hanni also expressed their intention to return through legal representatives, but ADORE has not officially confirmed their participation, stating that they are coordinating individual meetings with the three members.

ADORE requested restraint from speculation about the members, stating, "We will do our best to ensure Haerin and Hyein can continue their entertainment activities smoothly." Min Hee-jin expressed her position, saying, "I can start anew anywhere." She emphasized, "The lawsuit between me and HYBE is a separate case unrelated to NewJeans."

Former ADORE CEO Min Hee-jin's statement was made amid controversy surrounding NewJeans' return. She reiterated that the essence of the group lies in the five members being together and warned against unnecessary interpretations and disputes. Min's stance shows support for NewJeans' future activities and conveys a message endorsing the group's complete activities.
