
Former group S.E.S. member Shoo revealed her vision as a CEO. On the 17th, Shoo posted a lengthy message and several photos on her social media account, sharing that she has been focusing on a centella asiatica cosmetics project over the past few years. She mentioned, "I am preparing several projects with all my heart, time, and conviction," and expressed that she has been deeply contemplating how to promote the brand not only domestically but also worldwide.
Shoo explained that although she studied for long hours online, there were limitations, so she ultimately decided to see the field firsthand. She attended the China International Import Expo (CIIE) held in Shanghai, where she experienced the marketing cases of global brands directly. Shoo said, "Every booth and detail clearly conveyed their brand philosophy," and realized that this experience was the beginning of her path to the world.
She also stated, "I realized that it is my responsibility not only to make good products but also to properly communicate their value," and expressed her ambition to visit various countries in person to observe and learn from consumer reactions.
Regarding the recent delay in uploading videos on her personal channel, Shoo explained, "I was deeply focused on the project and couldn't pay attention to the videos." She added, "I plan to reorganize the channel and return with uploads aimed for December."
Shoo debuted in 1997 as a member of S.E.S., married former basketball player Lim Hyo-seong in 2010, and has three children. She has experienced a period of self-reflection after receiving a suspended sentence for habitual gambling charges in the past. Recently, she has been continuing a new start through business and content production, achieving a sold-out record within six months after launching a health food brand.
Shoo's recent activities contribute to establishing her presence as a businesswoman. She plans to enhance her brand value through various projects and expand her position in the global market.
