
The 2025 Korea Grand Music Awards were held from the 14th to the 15th at Inspire Arena in Jung-gu, Incheon. At this ceremony, six K-pop artist groups received grand awards, recognizing their achievements in various categories. The awardees were Stray Kids, IVE, ATEEZ, Boy Next Door, The Boyz, and All Day Project.
Stray Kids won two grand trophies: the "2025 Grand Record" and the "2025 Grand Honors Choice." They achieved a total of five awards, including "Best Selling Album," "Most Popular Award" (Music Day), and "Best Music 10." In their acceptance speech, Stray Kids stated, "We will carry the heavy responsibility and present even better music and performances."
IVE received the "2025 Grand Song" award and won a total of four awards, including "Best Global K-pop Star," "Best Music 10," and "ENA K-pop Artist." Their three released songs, "Rebel Heart," "Attitude," and "XOXZ," all reached number one on the charts. IVE expressed, "We will repay you with better music."
ATEEZ celebrated their 7th anniversary by winning the "2025 Grand Artist" award. They pledged, "We will continue to work hard with greater responsibility." Boy Next Door received the "2025 Grand Performer" and "Best Artist 10" awards, expressing gratitude to their audience and fans.
The Boyz and All Day Project were jointly awarded the "2025 Grand Honors Choice" as artists who elevated the status of K-pop. The Boyz also won "Best Artist 10" and the "iM Bank Smart Supporter Award," achieving a total of three awards. They promised, "We will continue to deliver sincere and outstanding performances."
Trot singer Lee Chan-won proved his unwavering popularity by winning four awards: "Best Adult Contemporary," "Best Artist 10," "Trend of the Year" (Trot), and "Most Popular Award" (Artist Day). Lee Chan-won said, "I want to dedicate this honor to the fans who support me." Jang Min-ho won two awards: "Best Adult Contemporary" and "Best Trot Stage."
In the rookie category, the "IS Rising Star Award" was jointly given to five groups: All Day Project, Kiki, IDIT, Hearts to Hearts, and Kickflip. All Day Project stated, "We will repay you with a more grown-up image." In the "IS Rookie" category, Miyao, Close Your Eyes, and Nahop were awarded. Close Your Eyes said, "It is moving to receive an award just one year after our official debut."
The 2025 KGMA is an awards ceremony encompassing various genres such as K-pop, trot, bands, and solo artists who received great love from domestic and international fans throughout the year. Winners were selected based on evaluations by a panel of experts in popular music, combined with digital music and album sales, as well as mobile voting results.
