In the 9th episode aired on November 18, the 2049 demographic rating recorded 2.0%, securing first place among all programs broadcast on Tuesday. The household rating averaged 5.2%, with a peak of 6.1% per minute. This program has maintained the number one spot among Tuesday entertainment shows for nine consecutive weeks.
In this broadcast, the 4th round semi-final was held to select the six finalists. On the stage of the TOP 12 with the theme "Tribute Ballad," songs filled with poignant emotions were presented. Hong Seung-min received 142 votes, currently holding first place. The semi-finalists included Lee Joon-seok, Min Soo-hyun, Cheon Beom-seok, Choi Eun-bin, Lim Ji-sung, Song Ji-woo, Lee Ye-ji, Jeremy, Kim Yoon, Hong Seung-min, Jung Ji-woong, and Lee Ji-hoon.
Hong Seung-min passionately sang Park Jung-hyun's "Mia," receiving unanimous selection from the Top Back Gui representatives. Cheon Beom-seok sang Kim Kwang-seok's "To You," earning 135 votes and currently ranking second. He achieved good results by competing solely with his voice without piano accompaniment. Jung Jae-hyung shed tears during his performance, and Yoon Sang said, "Kim Kwang-seok hyung's version is beautiful, but I felt like this song found a new owner, so I listened with great gratitude."
Choi Eun-bin chose Lee Seung-chul's "Last Concert," receiving 131 votes and currently holding third place. He projected his soulmate friend onto the girl in the lyrics to express gratitude. Lim Ji-sung sang Bit & Salt's "Don't Leave My Side," earning 128 votes and currently ranking fourth.
Min Soo-hyun sang Cho Yong-pil's "I Wish It Would Be Like That Now," with 124 votes, currently in fifth place, and Lee Joon-seok sang Travel Sketch's "The Stars Are Falling," maintaining sixth place with 87 votes. Jeremy sang Lee Hi's "ONLY," receiving 74 votes, confirming his elimination in seventh place.
The semi-final stage of "Our Ballad" is scheduled to air on November 25. This broadcast, which will determine the final TOP 6, is attracting much attention.
