The "Hero Era Volunteer Sharing Room ♡Raon♡" conducted its 53rd meal service and kimchi-making volunteer work at Yangpyeong Rodem House on November 15. This volunteer event included a donation of 2.32 million won along with the kimchi-making service. "Raon" supports Rodem House in Yangpyeong, where children with severe disabilities reside, by providing 1.5 million won monthly for meal expenses and various supplies, as well as conducting kitchen meal service by preparing and serving food directly.

For this kimchi-making volunteer work, 3,000 heads of napa cabbage were used. Volunteers headed to Yangpyeong early in the morning to prepare winter provisions for Rodem House. Upon arrival, the volunteers were surprised by the enormous amount of cabbage but happily engaged in the service with the mindset of preparing a year's supply for the children with severe disabilities. Due to the kimchi-making work, lunch preparation was difficult, so special meals including chicken, pizza, rice cakes, and fruit were provided.

"Raon" stated, "This year, 3,000 heads of cabbage, more than last year, were prepared, so we rushed to Yangpyeong early in the morning," adding, "We happily participated with the mindset of preparing a year's supply for the angels at Rodem House." Lee Jeong-soon, director of Rodem House, said, "We are grateful for the monthly meal service, and even more thankful for the large amount of kimchi-making help every year," and added, "Thanks to this, we can spend the winter without worry, which makes me very happy."

The volunteer sharing room "Raon" has been carrying out various activities for 54 months, including meal services, youth independence support, and support for children with severe illnesses through Rodem House, shantytowns, Yongsan box villages, Seoul Child Welfare Association, "People Selling Hope," and "Seoul National University Children's Hospital." Recently, "Raon" also participated in supporting the reconstruction costs of Rodem House, with total donations reaching 187.49 million won.

"Raon" continuously strives to deliver warm care to marginalized neighbors through practicing Lim Young-woong's "Value of Togetherness." They seek out difficult environments and isolated places untouched by help and continue monthly volunteer activities. Over 54 months, they have maintained activities such as meal services and support for children with severe illnesses by visiting Rodem House, shantytowns, Yongsan box villages, Seoul Child Welfare Association, People Selling Hope, and Seoul National University Children's Hospital.

Director Lee Jeong-soon expressed gratitude, saying, "Thanks to Raon's help, we can spend the winter without worries." "Raon" announced that they will continue their volunteer activities in the future. They faithfully fulfill their role as Lim Young-woong's fan club by practicing warm sharing for marginalized neighbors.
