JYP Entertainment's boy group NEXZ has released the music video for their new song "Next To Me." NEXZ is a seven-member group consisting of Tomoya, Yuu, Haru, So Gun, Seita, Huey, and Yuki. They released their third mini-album "Beat-Boxer" on October 27 and began their full-scale comeback activities. Before the album release, JYP shared a teaser for the "Next To Me" music video on their official SNS channels, and the full video was posted on the afternoon of November 18.

The music video boasts a refreshing visual style that emphasizes youthful and natural charm. It captures the inexperience and complexity encountered when facing new emotions for the first time, as well as the friendship and growth that blossom within that newness. The seven boys appear comfortable and free when together, highlighting the beauty of youth, while their detailed expressions and dance lines harmonize to enhance immersion.

"Next To Me" is the fifth track on the new album, featuring lyrics that sensually express the moment of falling in love with a pure heart, combined with a lively piano melody. The song was created with the fandom name NEX2Y in mind and conveys the excitement of moments shared with fans. All members participated in writing the lyrics, with Tomoya contributing to composition and arrangement, and Haru also contributing to composition, adding authenticity.

NEXZ appeared on KBS 2TV's "Music Bank" on the 14th, MBC's "Show! Music Core" on the 15th, and SBS's "Inkigayo" on the 16th, performing the title track "Beat-Boxer." They have earned the nicknames "next-generation performance masters" and "stage powerhouse group" due to their solid dance skills.
