The film "No Choice" won six awards at the 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards. The film achieved the highest honors of the year by winning Best Film, Best Director, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Music, and Technical Award. The ceremony was held on the 19th at KBS Hall in Yeouido, Seoul.

Son Ye-jin emerged as the leading figure by winning Best Actress and the Cheongjeongwon Popular Star Award alongside her husband Hyun Bin. Son Ye-jin said, "After getting married and having a child, my feelings about the world have changed," and added, "I will become a good adult and a good actor." Hyun Bin said, "It was a time when I felt more than just the movie," and dedicated the award "to those who have devoted themselves to protecting the country."

The 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards were hosted by Han Ji-min and Lee Je-hoon for the second consecutive year. "No Choice" was nominated for Best Film and won the award after fierce competition. Director Park Chan-wook, who was staying in the United States, shared his thoughts through Lee Sung-min. He said, "This film is a dream I have cherished for 20 years," and expressed gratitude to the actors and staff who exceeded his imagination.

Lee Sung-min, who won Best Supporting Actor, expressed thanks to director Park Chan-wook for giving him the character Gu Beom-mo. Although Yum Hye-ran, nominated for Best Supporting Actress, did not win, she expressed gratitude to the production team.

The Cheongjeongwon Popular Star Award was uniquely presented to the couple Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin. Hyun Bin said, "I want to convey my thanks for this award to those who have devoted themselves." He also added, "I am grateful to the fellow actors and staff who shared this difficult journey."

Best Supporting Actress went to Park Ji-hyun for "Hidden Face," and the Rookie Awards were given to Kim Do-yeon for "Amoeba Girls and School Ghost Stories: School Anniversary" and Ahn Bo-hyun for "The Devil Has Come." The Most Audience Award was won by "Zombie Daughter."

The Cheongjeongwon Popular Star Award was given to Park Jin-young, Hyun Bin, Son Ye-jin, and Im Yoon-ah.
