The group fromis_9 will release a digital single remake of Kim Min-jong's hit song "White Longing." Their agency, Ascend, revealed a teaser video for the remake digital single "White Longing," scheduled for release on December 2, through fromis_9's official SNS channels at 9 PM on November 21.

The teaser video includes a snippet of "Merry Go Round," a track from their sixth mini-album "From Our 20's," released last June. The final scene of the video shows a cassette tape labeled "White Longing" being inserted into a player. fromis_9 kept their promise to fans by delivering the message "Let's meet again before winter comes" in "Merry Go Round."

This remake digital single is a reinterpretation of Kim Min-jong's iconic 2001 song "White Longing," infused with fromis_9's unique sensibility and vocal color. While maintaining the original's warm melody and winter sentimentality, the sophisticated arrangement adds a fresh charm.

fromis_9 also attracted significant attention with news of their winter season song release. The title track "LIKE YOU BETTER" from their sixth mini-album "From Our 20's," released last June, ranked in the top tier of the Melon Top 100 chart for three consecutive weeks and achieved first place on KBS2's "Music Bank," proving their strength as the "Summer Queen." Having transferred to Ascend earlier this year, fromis_9 continues active promotions both domestically and internationally.
