
The group Stray Kids is achieving global success with their new release, marking the grand finale of 2025. On November 21, Stray Kids released their new album SKZ IT TAPE and the double title tracks "Do It" and "Shinseonnol-eum."
The album debuted at number one on the Worldwide and European iTunes album charts on the 21st and topped the iTunes album charts in 37 overseas regions, including Singapore, Canada, and France. The new song "Do It" also debuted at number one on the Worldwide and European iTunes song charts and ranked first on the iTunes song charts in 20 overseas regions, including Brazil, Sweden, and Thailand. With this, Stray Kids swept first place on both the Worldwide and European iTunes album and song charts.
Stray Kids also achieved a career high on Spotify, the world's largest music streaming platform, ranking first for three consecutive weeks on the "Countdown Chart Global Top 10," which ranks based on users' pre-save counts for a week, becoming the first K-pop album to do so. Additionally, before the album release, they recorded 1 million pre-saves on the "Spotify Countdown," the first K-pop album to reach this milestone.
The title track "Do It" recorded over 3.33 million streams on the Spotify Daily Top Songs Global chart on the 21st, reaching their highest position yet at number 11. In the United States, it soared to number 13, significantly surpassing their previous best ranking of number 49 with "CEREMONY." The double title track "Shinseonnol-eum" also ranked 23rd and 49th on the Daily Top Songs Global and U.S. charts, respectively.
The album achieved million-selling status in just one day, selling 1.49 million copies on the release day according to Hanteo Chart. It also topped Hanteo Chart's weekly physical album chart (November 17–23, 2025) and Circle Chart's weekly retail album chart (November 16–22, 2025).
The "Do It" music video reached number one on YouTube Music Video Trending Worldwide around 4 p.m. on the 21st and maintained the top spot for four consecutive days until the morning of the 24th. The video depicts Seoul transformed into a dystopia, with Stray Kids as modern-day immortals coloring the city with light and energy. It features a festival atmosphere that changes in sync with the repetitive chorus and the eight members' powerful performances. The YouTube music video has surpassed 31 million views.
On the 24th at 2 p.m. (midnight Eastern Time, U.S.), Stray Kids will accelerate their success by releasing the digital single "Do It (Remixes)." This digital single includes the original version of "Do It" along with five remix versions: Overdrive, Turbo, Sped Up, Slowed Down, and Instrumental, totaling six tracks. Along with the audio, the music video for "Do It (Overdrive Version)," one of the double title tracks, will be released on their official SNS channels.
