The group YOUNG POSSE successfully completed their first solo concert. On October 29, YOUNG POSSE held their first solo concert, "YOUNG POSSE 1ST CONCERT [POSSE UP: THE COME UP Concert in Seoul]" (hereinafter "POSSE UP"), at Myeonghwa Live Hall in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. Through their meeting with fans, they established the group's identity.
The concert began with the first track of their debut EP "MACARONI CHEESE," titled "POSSE UP!" They decorated the stage by expressing the group's determination to the fast-paced Jersey beat. Following that, they performed representative songs such as "MACARONI CHEESE," "FREESTYLE," and "ATE THAT" consecutively, further raising the audience's excitement.
YOUNG POSSE added dance breaks to their existing songs, showcasing a unique charm. In particular, each member elevated the atmosphere to its peak with solo stages reflecting their individual colors. Doeun performed Jennie's "ExtraL (feat. Doechii)," Jiana performed Ariana Grande's "7 rings" and "worst behavior," Han Jieun performed Tyla's "Been Thinking," Wi Yeonjeong performed Beyoncé's "Fever," and Jeong Seonhye performed Audrey Nuna's "damn Right." They demonstrated their versatility as all-rounders by handling various positions such as vocals, rap, and dance.
With a setlist of over 27 songs, YOUNG POSSE strengthened communication with fans and proved their musical growth over the past two years. The five members, whose teamwork has become even stronger, showcased perfect harmony and revealed their musical prowess.
In addition to the main stage, YOUNG POSSE held a pre-event where they hid signed CDs throughout the venue for fans to find. This fan love became a special element of the concert. After successfully concluding their solo concert, YOUNG POSSE said, "We were happy to be able to run freely in front of Teleposse (the fandom name), who filled the venue. Thanks to the love and support we received, YOUNG POSSE continues to grow." They added, "We plan to release new songs before 2025 ends, so please look forward to it."
YOUNG POSSE is scheduled to continue their solo concert "POSSE UP" in Taipei on December 13, officially launching their global activities. Based on the success of their first solo concert in Korea, they plan to strengthen communication with overseas fans.
