The fan group ‘Lim Young-woong Angels’ drew attention by donating 300 packs of sanitary pads to girls growing up in single-parent households.

On the 18th, a donation ceremony was held through the social welfare organization The Together New Hope, where members of Lim Young-woong Angels—fans united in their love for the singer—delivered sanitary products to girls in single-parent families struggling with economic hardship. This initiative was part of the ‘FAN N STAR – Angel N Star’ project, which the fans successfully advanced to Phase 2 in October, enabling them to extend their positive influence to underprivileged youth.

The donated sanitary pads were distributed to children and teens from single-parent backgrounds. A representative from the welfare organization stated, “For families with financial difficulties, necessities like sanitary pads—which are required regularly—can be burdensome. The fans’ thoughtful donation will provide direct help to these girls.”

Lim Young-woong Angels have been consistently active in charitable work, supporting local children’s centers, providing aid to seniors, and participating in various social contribution activities. Their continued acts of kindness demonstrate the positive impact fostered by both the singer and his fandom.

Lim Young-woong further added meaning to this effort by receiving the Angel N Star Award at the 2025 The Fact Music Awards (TMA) held in Macau this September. During his acceptance speech, he said, “This warm outcome was made possible thanks to my fans,” expressing heartfelt gratitude. The award has been presented to him for four consecutive years since 2022, highlighting not only the artist’s influence but also the fandom’s dedication to social good.
