On that day's broadcast, Hong Seung-min passionately sang Jung Joon-il's "Hug Me," Choi Eun-bin chose Shin Seung-hoon's "You're Just a Little Higher Than Me," and Song Ji-woo performed Lee Seung-chul's "Sleepless Night." Hong Seung-min scored 2,389 points out of a perfect 3,000 in the Top Baek-gwi live score, Choi Eun-bin received 2,562 points, and Song Ji-woo got 2,389 points.

The fourth performer, Lee Ji-hoon, selected Choi Baek-ho's "Things Leaving Me." Song Ji-woo ranked sixth with 5,093 points, Hong Seung-min fifth with 5,735 points, Choi Eun-bin fourth with 5,818 points, and Cheon Beom-seok third with 6,703 points.

The final winner was Lee Ye-ji, who scored a total of 10,000 points. Lee Ji-hoon took second place with 8,668 points. Lee Ye-ji expressed, "I am grateful that many people are curious about my future uphill path." Cha Tae-hyun encouraged, "I hope you remain unchanged and continue to be a wonderful singer just as you are."
