KBS 2TV music talk show 'The Seasons – 10cm's Ssedam Ssedam' featured Peppertones, Seo Eunkwang, Paul Kim, and Fifty Fifty on the broadcast on the 5th, delivering a stage filled with laughter and emotion.
Peppertones, appearing as the eighth protagonist of the indie 30th anniversary project 'Life Music,' performed 'Ready, Get Set, Go!' and 'Good Luck' together with 10cm. During rehearsal, they imitated 10cm's singing style, engaging in an impromptu laughter battle. Peppertones staged the largest prop setup in 'The Seasons' history. They coordinated on an audience participation 'Ping Pong' stage using a giant ping pong paddle and ball, and added cheerful energy to the scene by singing 'Endangered Love' wearing a wig reminiscent of Lee Chan-hyuk.
Seo Eunkwang appeared on 'The Seasons' after releasing his first solo full-length album in 13 years since debut, unveiling a new song 'Last Light,' which has a higher vocal range than the Netflix 'K-pop Demon Hunters' OST 'Golden.' He introduced it by saying, "I wanted to capture all the various sounds I can make." After the stage, 10cm personally offered a 'Ssedam Ssedam' gesture to encourage him. Seo Eunkwang confessed to having a vocal cord illness in middle school and impressed the audience with an imitation of 'Kim Na-bak-i,' a representative vocal in the Korean music industry, eliciting laughter and admiration. He then showcased explosive high notes in Next's 'Lazenca, Save Us' stage and completed a contrasting performance with BTOB's 'Missing You.'
Paul Kim filled the stage with his warm voice, earning the nickname 'Eardrum Husband.' He named 10cm as his role model, stating, "Watching 10cm helped me decide my path." The two engaged in a debate themed 'Americano vs. Would You Like a Cup of Coffee?' and performed each other's songs. Paul Kim continued the laughter by analyzing 10cm's stage habits and dance points. He also revealed that his new song 'I Like It Just the Way It Is Now' was inspired by the wedding news of a fan who dreamed of becoming a photographer. He conveyed, "Happiness is right beside us, but we just don't realize it. We are already very good just the way we are." The new song stage was performed with sign language.
Fifty Fifty rearranged 'Gravity' into a rock version with the house band, proving their achievements on the global charts. 10cm, who entered university in 2002, amused the younger members born in the 2000s by confirming his recognition. When Fifty Fifty mistakenly called 10cm 'Senior 10cmeter,' 10cm responded with a resigned comment, "The second after Zico." One member's childhood record of two consecutive wins on KBS's 'Who Is the Best?' and a music YouTuber career with 260 million views gained renewed attention. During the 'Short Song' stage performed by Hana, 10cm was seen wiping away tears. Fifty Fifty concluded the broadcast with the 'Skittlez' stage.
'The Seasons – 10cm's Ssedam Ssedam' airs every Friday at 10 PM on KBS 2TV.
